The main tendency of the XX century’s social development is: the increase of the role of globalization as the increase of role of the foreign factors at the reproduction of all the countries – participants of this process, the forming of the united world’s market without national barriers and the creation of the united juridical conditions for all the countries. Globalization largely affected all the spheres of the mankind’s life including the culture and traditions. This process allowed to create the open free community which is characterized by not only stable commodity-money relations but the internationalization of the production, the change of the role of the states and of the relations between them.
But the globalization has entailed the negative consequences. The increased role of the large cities has forced the ordinary people to become reserved, for want of the spare time to do not interfere to the private life of the other people. Today we can see the absorption of the spiritual life by the material values and the ordinary communication. And in spite of living of the millions of people at the cities, everybody stays alone and the percent of the lonely people is increasing every day. But everybody needs the intercourse in which he could share the thoughts, feelings, emotions, without the fear of the criticism or insulting of his interlocutor. It is hardly achieved nowadays, that’s way people often use the virtual intercourse by means of Internet.
The on-line web gives the anonymity, the simplicity and the safety of the communication the person forms the open and trustful relations even with the unfamiliar people without the misgiving of the negative consequences, because in the case of some failure or the disorder the person has the wonderful possibility to get out of the Internet, to become off-line, i.e. inaccessible – for some time or forever. In the virtual space the social status, the appearance, the gender and the age aren’t important. Internet allows the forming of the new individual image; it may be created by the user, because it helps the person to carry out the unfulfilled in its past needs. By the way we usually meet people in the Internet with whom we haven’t the possibility of meeting and communication in the real life. For the simplicity of the learning how to use and using the Internet conquers a lot of people every day.
The communication envelopes all the spheres of activity, that’s why there may be the infinite number of the theories of the communication trying to form its laws. All the theories will be right. The virtual communication repeats the real, because here the principle of transfer acts, the interaction proceeds in the system of “person – person”. The special space arises (the virtual reality), with the specific formation with the peculiar to it kinds of communication. But in spite of the mediation of the virtual communication, the new rules, laws and the connections appears in the sphere of the interpersonal attitudes, making these attitudes the separate category. The virtual communication is the way of communication in which the contact between people takes place in the web, all the interactions come true and function in the virtual reality. In the given way of communication people correspond with each other, send the various messages with the help of different programs (ICQ, QIP), i.e. communicate in the written form. It makes this kind of communication the specific kind of the interpersonal attitudes.
The safety is very important in the Internet; it brings not only the use and pleasure. Many dangers able to take away the time, the nerves and money, wait for even the experienced users. The computer malefactors use the Internet for the theft of information, for the extraction of the illegal profit, for doing a lot of harm to the competitors. The enormous harm brings the destructive, sometimes the senseless activity of the hackers and the other web hooligans.
